"We had a very positive experience with Mone Me'Rvilus at State Farm through our insurance agent Bob Willetts. We had a complicated situation where we were buying a used car for my 19 year old son. We ended up buying one car and trading it out for another car which required activation of new auto insurance policy only for it to be de-activated later and a new auto policy created. Mone was on it from the start responding in a timely manner to each call and email we had and met all our deadlines. It was a smooth process from start to finish so that my son didn't miss a day of commuting in his car back and forth to Baltimore each day for college.
